If the memory of May remains fresh in your mind - the lengthy lines, the missing machinery, the overall confusion at the ballot box - then what comes up in 19 days might cause consternation. But should it? We'll look at the changes coming for November 7th, and talk to those whose task it is to monitor the elections Thursday morning at nine on The Sound of Ideas.
