Jim Petro, the former Ohio attorney general, became chancellor of education in march, leading the state's university system -- 14 universities, 23 community colleges and more than 140 adult education programs. We'll visit with Petro Monday to talk about his vision for higher education, concerns about college affordability and his plan to boost Ohio's 26 percent bachelor's degree attainment rate.
