Heather Hodges spent years as an American diplomat in Venezuela, Peru, Spain and Nicaragua and served as the U.S. Ambassador to Moldova and, later, Ecuador. Her latest post: Cleveland. The Westlake native took over this month as president and ambassador in residence of the Cleveland Council on World Affairs. We'll talk with her about the Council, the world and how Wikileaks led to her expulsion from Ecuador in April. Join us this morning at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas.
