Sewer rates are going up across the region - 50% in five years. You know what, though? That's not even the bad part. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll flush out the story on the rising costs of sending waste down the drain. Also, as part of his plan for Ohio, Governor Strickland is turning around energy policy.
