The battle waged with television commercials and campaign fliers and robo-dial phone calls has ended. As the smoke clears from this election, The Sound of Ideas will analyze winners and losers. What do the results of the vote on state Issue 2 mean for Ohio and local governments? We'll also look at the other statewide issues and check in on some local mayor's races and levy requests.
