When talk of regionalism heads towards government consolidation, a lot of local municipalities back away from the table - until now. Elsewhere in Cuyahoga County, a group of local mayors is pondering the fiscal savings in a consolidated garbage contract. Regionalism in action - join us for The Sound of ideas, Monday morning at nine on 90.3.
