If you had the ear of the Cleveland City Council, what would you say? Would you complain about snow removal or ask who was minding the store when the Forgotten Triangle went up for sale? On The Sound of Ideas Tuesday morning, we'll put those issues to council members Sabra Pierce Scott and Council President Martin Sweeney. We'll also talk about the future of the inner belt, tax abatements, the lakefront and whatever is on your mind, as well.
