Judging the Justice System

The former head of the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury ended his term with one last indictment: for the Grand jury process itself. Monday on The Sound of Ideas, we'll put the justice system on the balances. Charges range from inefficiency to mismanagement and, when it comes to keeping criminals off the streets or rehabilitating them, simply being ineffective. We'll hear from all sides of this debate, and from you.

Judge Nancy McDonnell, administrative judge, Cuyahoga Co. Common Pleas Court; John Zayac, former Grand Jury foreman; Carole Rendon, Cleveland Bar Assoc., criminal defense attorney; Bob Coury, first assistant Cuyahoga Co. prosecutor
