Cleveland City Council rejects the Mayor's proposed tax abatement cuts. The General Assembly moves to regulate strip clubs and porn shops. Meanwhile, deals are under way to expand at Goodyear, collaborate in biosciences with Steel City, and put a Medical Mart at Tower City.
