They wanted people to think about Northeast Ohio as the total package, so they came up with a catchy new brand name: Cleveland Plus. The Greater Cleveland marketing alliance has launched a multi-million dollar campaign to lure business and tourism to Northeast Ohio. We'll talk to the people who put together Cleveland Plus and with the brain behind "One KC", a similar campaign that has produced results, Friday morning on The Sound of Ideas.
