Cleveland is known for its world-class medical care. But that treatment comes at a price. What happens when the city's homeless get sick? The homeless get the same care as the rest of us in an emergency, but when it comes to the flu or recovering from surgery, where do they go? Often, they're dropped right back at a shelter.
