Deficit Debate Goes Down to Wire

Politicians in Washington brought the debt ceiling debate to the edge of the cliff before Republican and Democratic leaders this weekend finally made a deal. The country can borrow more money to pay its bills. And Congress will promise to spend less of it in the future.
