We open with a wide angle shot of a decaying rust belt region, zoom in as a film crews shoot movie in Cleveland Heights, Akron, and Euclid. Pan out again to show the rust shaken, the region alive, good paying jobs, money flowing in to the local economy and a bit of Hollywood star dust. Cue the music.
