We often hear about the need to achieve diversity -- in government, in business, in our circle of friends. But what, exactly, do we mean by diversity? Often, headlines focus on racial inclusion -- as when Governor John Kasich assembled his cabinet amid protests that minorities were underrepresented. But diversity isn't just black and white.
