We often hear about the need to achieve diversity -- in government, in business, in our circle of friends. But what, exactly, do we mean by diversity? Often, headlines focus on racial inclusion -- as when Governor John Kasich assembled his cabinet amid protests that minorities were underrepresented. But diversity isn't just black and white. How important are diverse ideas and perspectives? Let's talk about it on the Sound of Ideas. A diversity of opinions is highly encouraged, Monday at 9 on 90.3.
