Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson joins us on The Sound of Ideas Tuesday to talk about the state of the city. He says he's restructing city government to make it leaner and more efficient. We'll talk about those efforts, as well as woes in the water department, the search for a new CEO for Cleveland's schools and the importance of Cleveland to the region's health and prosperity.
