Wednesday morning, Mike McIntyre sits down with some of the women who were selected to Crain's Cleveland Business New's Women of Note list. He'll get the inside scoop on what obstacles they have encountered while reaching new thresholds in their chase for success.

My daughter is a high school senior. She is unsure if she wants to follow a career in engineering, medicine or something else. Please ask your guests at what stage in their life they knew what they wanted to do as a carrer choice. Did it happen accidently or were they certain of their choice from an early age?
I was very struck by Pat Stropko-O’Leary work for Hospice of Medina. Hospice is a wonderful organization. It gave my family peace; and they educated us on what will happen during the whole process. Thank you for your dedication and work in dealing with end of life issues.
Another wonderful program.
