When it comes to losing weight, a lot of us think we the answer is no more complicated than the eat-less-and-exercise. Talk to any scientists who study this and the story turns out to be a bit more interesting. For instance, Why is it that keeping a written log of what you eat is almost guaranteed to help you shed more pounds? Researchers have an answer for that and an explanation for those mysteriously skinny people who eat whatever they want as often as they want. If you haven’t covered it yet, I would like to hear about the impact of whole food versus processed food on biochemistry. Especially impact of Omega-3/Omega-6 fat ratio.
