The state unemployment fund ran low on money long ago; soon it'll be three billion dollars in debt. During the past three years i have driven 25 miles to work in Elyria, Avon Lake, and now Mentor.
Percentages of Occupancy in both Elyria and Avon Lake is aproximately 60 %.
On Mentor both east and west of 306 strip malls are littered with for lease signs.
