Local philanthropist Al Weatherhead says the best business practices come from life’s most difficult personal challenges. He's known plenty. Weatherhead has survived disease, depression and the loss of a child to build a multi-million dollar business allowing him to endow hospitals, universities and charities. It was wonderful to hear Mr. Weatherhead’s insights on the program this morning. He is an inspiration to those who know him, and I’m happy that this morning’s program spread his message even further. I’d also like everyone to know that Mr. Weatherhead is a terrific neighbor and friend. Each time I speak with him I learn something new.
I was only able to hear 10 mins. of this morning’s interview with Mr. Weatherhead. Needless to say, I was very inspired just in those few short minutes. I plan on reading his book and recommending the titles to my family and friends based on today’s segment. Thank you!
