Should the Governor put library funding on the chopping block or state employee pensions? When layoffs are necessary is it smarter for employers to show loyalty to experienced veterans or protect young, new talent? In the search for health care for all should health care rationing also be part of the mix? There's no doubt about it -- these hard economic times are forcing people to make tough decisions.
