Three previous attempts to sell Ohio voters on the benefits of casino gambling failed but backers of Issue 6 think they have a winner this time around. They say a casino proposed for southwest Ohio would create thousands of permanent jobs and pour millions of dollars into public coffers in all 88 counties.
