Democratic Cuyahoga County Commissioner Peter Jones faces an unexpectedly tough re-election battle - his opponent - Republican suburban mayor Debbie Sutherland.
She blames Jones for mismanagement at the county level and says it's time for new leadership. Jones maintains he has served his constituents well.
