Why We Hate Customer Service Think customer service is bad now? Just wait. It’s about to get worse. In fact, some companies are “firing” customers who complain a lot. Customer service has gone the way of beehives and Burma Shave signs. Getting complainers out the door or off the line fast is the new business mantra.
