Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson responds to the sweeping review of federal agreements ordered by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. What will that mean for the ongoing changes from the consent decree between the city and the feds?

There's a buzz in Columbus over revelations that state government agencies were breaking their own rules -- essentially funneling public money to old friends, through the awarding of contracts with no competing bids. We'll look into that.

And there are concerns that East Cleveland could lose its largest employer, as General Electric hints at turning off its lights.
