The city of Cleveland wants to solve a trash problem, an energy problem and a money problem with one idea: a state-of-the art plant that turns garbage into gas that can be burned to create electricity. How would such a process work and who will come up with the $180-million needed to fund the project? Critics say the process can create emissions that do more environmental harm than good. We'll examine the idea and hear from the critics, Thursday at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas.
