The Metanoia Project Aims to Change Lives of the Chronically Homeless

We sit down with Carl Cook, the Program Director of the Metanoia Project that he helped co-found.  The Courage to Change program is headquartered at the former St. Malachi School and works with those who are chronically homeless.  It seeks to not only aid homeless in need, but eventually move them into permanent housing.
