Staying Out of Prison

In a perfect world, someone convicted of breaking the law would serve time in jail and move on with life having paid a debt to society. But nationally, more than 40% of ex-convicts are back behind bars within three years. Ohio has had some success reducing that percentage, which now stands at under 29%. Thursday morning at 9:00, we'll find out what it takes to make prison a one-time experience in the Buckeye State.
