How far along is the promised shale gas and oil boom in Ohio? And where do fears about the environmental impact of horizontal fracture drilling stand? We check in on the Utica shale play. Sales taxes are up in counties with big shale activity, according to a Cleveland State University study, but big job gains haven't yet happened despite a thousand permits granted since 2010.
