Should We Lower the Drinking Age?

It's a fact of life that many college kids drink. Some of them drink a lot. And most aren't of legal drinking age. The solution, says Hiram College President Tom Chema, is to lower the drinking age from 21 to 18 and re-institute weaker 3.2 beer. Regulation, not prohibition, says Chema. And he's not alone. But opposition to that concept is strong. 21 saves lives, they say. What do YOU say?
