Pastor Protection Act Proposal; Library Funding Future; Statehouse Update

Despite Ohio's struggles, it's library system frequently earns the state glowing  headlines and praise.  The Ohio Library Council estimates nearly 4 out of every 5 Ohians has a library card.  Ohio libraries have the highest per capita use of any other state. But for the last decade or more, libraries have been making do with less and may have to again.   Plus, an Ohio lawmaker re-introduces the Pastor Protection Act.  Then, we'll check in with the latest from the Ohio Statehouse News Bureau.
