Ohio Still Looking for Funding Solution 20 Years After DeRolph Case Decision

The fact that Ohio's school funding system is unconstitutional has been established. The Ohio Supreme Court first decided that two decades ago, and for good measure, the court issued three subsequent rulings saying the same thing. So where does school funding stand today? Is it fundamentally different than 20 years ago?
