Five years after beginning an effort to test rape evidence kits collected by police, but then shelved and forgotten, Ohio marked a major milestone this week. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine says all of the nearly 5,000 kits submitted from Cuyahoga County law enforcement agencies have been tested.
