The Ohio House will meet in session Thursday where lawmakers possibly could vote to over-ride some of Governor John Kasich's budget line item vetoes.  The most contentious veto that could be targeted: the one that would end attempts to freeze Medicaid expansion enrollment.  It's an ongoing budget showdown that pits the Governor against his own party and it may not end soon.  Then, parents often enthusiastically support early reading and writing literacy for children.  But what about embracing early math skills? We'll discuss why math is such a tough sell for some parents.     Plus, the effort to document the rich history of the Irish in Cleveland turns up a new beginning for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.
