Ohio road construction funds, running on fumes, are about to get refueled on the Ohio Turnpike. Governor Kasich last week announced that the state would borrow against future turnpike revenues -- and raise tolls -- to pay for a backlog of road projects off the Turnpike. Those would include Cleveland's Innerbelt Bridge and long-awaited road construction in Medina, Lorain, Akron and beyond.
