Three Cleveland women who have been missing for a decade were identified Monday afternoon after one of the missing placed a 911 call. Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath said he thinks Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were tied up at a house on Seymour Avenue in Cleveland owned by Ariel Castro. Tuesday on "The Sound of Ideas" we hear the latest developments from law enforcement. Plus, Plain Dealer columnist Regina Brett, talks about her interviews with the families over the years.
