From the campaign trail to the Black Lives Matter movement spawned by police-involved shootings, including those in Cleveland, the state of race relations has been thrust into the spotlight and has become a focus of national discussion.  Talking about race, about race relations, about interractions with the criminal justice system, about the concept of implicit bias: It's difficult for many to accomplish. And often, it only happens in the midst of crisis.
