On Tuesday, Cuyahoga County Executive, Armond Budish, announced a new plan for a public-private partnership that could help spur the area’s start up growth. In the proposal, the county will loan more than four million dollars to local start up accelerator, Jumpstart Inc, to fund area entrepreneurs. What does this announcement mean for our business community? What specifically makes Cleveland a good place for a start up?
