Voters in France are the latest to express their dissatisfaction at the polls with the political status quo.   In less than two weeks, voters will decide between a political novice and a far-right firebrand for president.  Both are outsiders to the typical political structure that has governed France for nearly six decades.  What impact does the French presidential election hold for the US?  We'll talk to an expert in French and US politics.  Then, galvanizing the power of technology and the entrepreneurial spirit in an effort to solve challenges facing Lake Erie.
