Encore Presentation: Efforts to Improve Literacy

Are you a book lover? Cleveland grade-schooler Madison is. She recently expressed her love for reading in a youtube clip that went viral. On this encore edition of The Sound of Ideas, we'll talk with Madison and also hear about innovative efforts in Northeast Ohio to make other youngsters as eager to read as she is.
