Board Considers Sewer Rate Increases

Everyone can agree that it's not a good practice to dump raw sewage into Lake Erie, the most valued natural resource in our region, or into its tributaries. But ending that repulsive practice, which the Clean Water Act mandates, requires aging sewer systems like those covering most of our region to invest heavily in improvements. And that means you, the ratepayer, are going to have to dig even deeper.
