Bipartisan Index; Potential Browns Development Plans; Cavaliers Advance

As voters head to the polls, the contentious Ohio primary battle will come to a close.  Primaries by their nature are partisan exercises.   But those officeholders ultimately elected in November will go on to serve in a deeply partisan government.

We'll discuss the Bipartisan Index and how Ohio lawmakers fare.  Later, the Browns float the idea of a development plan that could include a new stadium.   What would it mean for the lakefront and the stadium?
