Simon's new book, "Baby We Were Meant for Each Other," chronicles the story of how he and his wife Caroline decided to adopt two daughters from China. Norris' recent book, "The Grace of Silence," is the story of her own family and the secrets they kept including her father’s shooting by a Birmingham police officer and her maternal grandmother’s peddling pancake mix as an itinerant Aunt Jemima.
