Filmmaker Taggart Siegel and beekeeper Jacqueline Freeman join us from the documentary, Queen Of The Sun: What Are The Bees Telling Us?, and shed light on the importance of the role of bees in our ecosystem.

Dayna Hanson, an experimental stage artist, filmmaker and 2006 Guggenheim Fellow for Choreography. She and her troupe debut a snippet from her latest work Gloria's Cause, a documentary-infused rock musical.

Plus a drop by from MusicFest Northwest (The premier indie rock music festival of the pacific northwest) organizer Trevor Solomon and a Live Wire! send off to Portland Metro Chief David Bragdon as he moves to New York to head Mayor Bloomberg's long term vision for a greener New York.

Musical guest is 3 Leg Torso with their new CD Animals & Cannibals.

Featuring host Courtenay Hameister and the Faces for Radio Theater, and house band Ralph Huntley & the Mutton Chops.
