Johann Mobius, the world’s greatest physicist, is locked away in a madhouse along with two other prominent scientists. Are these three brilliant men truly out of their minds? Or are they playing a murdererous game with the world at stake?

The Physicists stars Bruce Davison, John de Lancie, Harry Groener, and Gregory Itzin. Written by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. The broadcast includes an interview with Richard Rhodes, the Pulitzer prize-winning author of The Making of the Atomic Bomb and its companion piece Dark Sun: The Making of the Hydrogen Bomb.
