Wanted: Chief Wombat Cuddler

Here's a creature you won't find in the ocean. How would you like to be the "chief" cuddler of a wombat?

Native to Australia, wombats are marsupials, or pouched animals. An Australian tourism board is holding an online competition to find someone who would like to hug on this little guy. The 8-month old cutie was rescued from his mother's pouch after she was hit by a car in December.

But winning the chance to hug Derek the wombat takes a little bit of work. Wanna-be wombat cuddlers have to write an essay saying why they would be the best cuddler.

Tough news for us though, is that only Australian residents are allowed to enter.
