American Family Raises Money to Adopt Nine-Year-Old JiaJia

His story touched the hearts of people all over the world. A boy from China with spina bifida was considered by some people to be "unadoptable."

Spina bifida is a condition where the spine does not develop properly, causing someone with it to have weakness or trouble moving.

Nine years old, JiaJia waited years to be adopted after he was abandoned as a baby because of his condition. But now he's about to start a new life in the U.S.
