Vision Zero Initiative; Judge Kristin Sweeney; "Making It" Goes To Little Italy

The Ohio State Highway Patrol recorded more than 1,000 traffic fatalities in the state last year, with 91 of those deaths happening in Cuyahoga County. There is an initiative aimed at eliminating traffic deaths and injuries, which is gaining momentum in cities nationwide, including in Cleveland. We'll hear from City Councilman Matt Zone on plans to join the "Vision Zero" initiative.

With the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center facing a concentration of more violent offenders, what's next for county, as it addresses this new reality? Juvenile Court Administrative Judge Kristin Sweeney joins us to discuss.

And in our continuing Making It series, we take a trip to Little Italy to learn about a Cleveland tradition that dates back 100 years.

Matt Zone, Cleveland City Council
