Violins of Hope Premiere on WVIZ-PBS

Violins of Hope: Strings of the Holocaust, is a new WVIZ/PBS-produced documentary featuring Israeli violinmaker Amnon Weinstein and his efforts to restore the violins played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. The violins came to Northeast Ohio last fall for a season of music, education and inspiration. Ideastream captured the emotion and impact of this extraordinary living history exhibit in a documentary that will air on PBS stations across the country. The film is narrated by Academy Award-winnning actor Adrian Brody.
