Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson emerged as the top vote getter in yesterday's crowded primary election, with councilman Zack Reed beating a crowded field to face the incumbent in November. We look to the race ahead.

Veterans are among those most at-risk for opioid abuse and addiction. Now, a local program aimed at helping the affected is gaining national recognition.
