Ohio's Medical Marijuana Industry

Legislation signed by Governor John Kasich created a regulated medical marijuana program in ohio that will be controlled by three government agencies ..
and the law explicitly prohibits smoking marijuana or growing it at home.
The new law does not specify where people can get marijuana.
For the program to work, there needs to be businesses to support the new industry.
Though the specifics of the program are still unclear, entrepreneurs are trying to carve out opportunities, and communities are considering whether to welcome in marijuana dispensaries and facilities, or try to lock them out. Statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles has this report.
